Once work has started or access to a digital product has been granted, refunds are generally not available.

- An advance payment is required before starting the project
- If work has not started, refund eligibility may be reviewed case by case
- Once the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable
- Refunds will not be provided after significant work has been completed
- In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion
4. Course / Digital Product Refund
For digital products such as courses:
- Once course access is provided, no refund will be issued
- Digital content cannot be returned, so refunds are not applicable
- Rare exceptions may be approved only for special or loyal customer cases at Pankesh.Tech discretion
5. Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be cancelled before work begins
- In such cases, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative or processing costs
- Once work has started, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund
6. Revision Policy
We provide revisions to ensure the final result matches the agreed requirements.
- Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope
- Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges
- Revision timelines depend on the complexity of the request
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
8. Payment Gateway
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment method.
9. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, traffic, or business growth.
Refund requests based on unmet expectations beyond agreed deliverables will not be accepted.
10. Fraud and Misuse
Any misuse of services, false claims, or unauthorized payment disputes such as chargebacks may result in account suspension and necessary action.
