In some cases, payment terms may be adjusted based on mutual agreement. Clients may proceed with partial or post-payment only after prior discussion and confirmation with our admin or team, along with proper communication or documented proof.

4. Refund Policy

Course purchases are non-refundable after access is granted, except rare special cases approved by Pankesh.Tech at our discretion.

Service advance payments are refundable only when work has not started. Once work begins, the advance is generally non-refundable.

However, we provide revisions to ensure the final result matches the agreed expectations.

5. Project Scope

All project requirements must be clearly defined before starting.

Any additional features, changes, or requests outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges and extended timelines.

6. Timeline

Project delivery timelines depend on the scope, complexity, and client responsiveness.

Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may affect the final delivery schedule.

7. Revisions

We offer revisions to improve and finalize the project as per the initial agreement.

Major changes or redesign requests beyond the original plan may be treated as a new scope.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Required content (text, images, etc.)
• Necessary access (hosting, domain, tools, etc.)
• Timely feedback and approvals

Delays from the client side may impact project progress.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, and APIs.

We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or policy changes from third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or business losses resulting from the use of our services or delivered projects.

12. No Guarantee

While we aim for the best results, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes
• Sales, traffic, or ranking results
• Performance of third-party integrations

13. Termination

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if:

• Payment terms are not followed
• Misuse or violation of terms occurs

14. Force Majeure
